My nephew came to stay yesterday on his travel home today he was sick I’m really worried that it was a bug and not motion sickness now I’m so terrified😩

What are you terrified of, Maria? Catching your nephew's bug? Was it the plague bug? The ebola bug? The leprosy bug? Of course not, it was a respiratory bug or a stomach bug. So there's a small chance you might catch a cold or a mild stomach upset. Certainly nothing to get terriried about.

The reason you over responded like this is because anxiety magnifies normally small worries ten fold into terrifying fear. So instead of worrying about harmless common cold bugs or stomach bug why not turn your attention to the real problem: the anxiety bug that exaggerates our fears and play tricks with our nerves?

Yeah your so right Jeff. They think he just had motion sickness as they’ve text to say he’s fine now. I totally let my thoughts take control sometimes and I over worry I have been doing really well compared to usual anxiety wise recently just that got to me today . I shouldn’t let it win
