I was wondering does anyone have tips on how to overcome this ? I notice when i grind my teeth , from being anxious , I also breathe through the mouth . Then sometimes going to sleep , I’ll have to quit doing that but I’m up all night before I doze off & breathe the correct way. Also , I do have sinus issues so sometimes I breathe through my mouth if I’m congested . Any tips from anyone whose dealt with it but gotten through it ?

I mouth breathe a lot which means I end up with a dry mouth and sore throat, it’s worse as I do when I sleep which I shouldn’t. I also grind my teeth with being anxious. I don’t have any tips really to help but I try and make sure my mouth is closed more and thinking breathe through my nose which helps.
