Cold rush over one side of head

Anyone have this it's like someone poured ice water over one side of your skull.. then it goes away. I have been very anxious / panicky and on top of that had the stomach flu on top of getting my period all within the same time frame .... But was wondering is this anxiety

Yes I get that and weird buzzing in my head and ear. It’s weird I assume it’s just muscles in my neck being tense and causing it and my time of the month always makes things worse as well and seems to make the physical symptoms I get a lot worse.
