Anyone else seem to feel worse after their period? I’m feeling a little woozy/lightheaded & just fatigued. Today was the last day of my period & it was only on for four days. Not too heavy though, but I just wonder what’s going on.

I have had major anxiety since my period finished 2 days ago. It's like I'm on a roller coaster. It's been through the roof and I try to just let it go it's hardest then pick myself back up but this time it's terrible.
