Pvcs

My dad passed away two weeks ago. About 4 hours after, I started having these weird heartbeats . Went to urgency room and nothing showed up on EKG or on the monitor as they watched my beats. Blood work was fine. A few days later I went to er cus they were scaring me. Ekg didn't pick any up but two were seen by the dr. Called them pvcs and with blood work coming back good and EKG good, she said benign pvcs. I went to my primary dr and referred me to cardiologist. Had a holter monitor on for 24 hrs. I haven't heard back yet about it. Also have an echo scheduled for next week. cadiologist thinks it's probably due to my dad passing away and i already have health anxieties. I have lorazepam but haven't tried taking one yet. I'm going on two weeks with these pvcs. Anyone else deal with These and found any relief by taking a lorazepam or something else? I'm going crazy!

Yes. I do use lorazepam and I use the very minimum daily When my heart is acting up, usually when I first wake up Most of times it wakes me up I take .5 mg just once a day and then keep active and make sure to eat. .sometimes in the afternoon I start feeling bad but i eat and in about half hour I feel better it also helps to not be alone Talk to family or friends about anything but take your mind off you Taking walks help too I don’t take everyday Cup of coffe helps me also I am so sorry for your loss I know it’s a very painful experience You need to mourn and also remember the good times Talk and laugh about him He’s with you It takes time for pain to ease but you will never forget him

I have the lowest dose of lorazepam so maybe I will try that and go from there. Thank you your suggestions.
