New here. Has anyone dealt with this?

So I have gone to the doctors for this who told me they had no idea what it was. So much help. I have it where the top of underside of my arm hurts bad like a brain freeze when i breathe in and out and can go to my back and chest if it gets bad. It can last a few days theb not have it for weeks. I have been high anxiety and panic attacks and have for over 10 years but just started in the last year. So just wondering if anyone else has ever had thiz

If your doctor cannot find the cause after investigating it and you have a history if anxuety disorder then highly likely this is muscular tension in the chest.
