Hello

I can be really tense and can't do these but have you tried this one so you can see the difference from been tense and relaxed

Hold you arms out straight

Clench your fists tight and stay like that till you can feel that tension pain in them

Then slowly open your fists and slowly let your arms down to your side

Even I can then see the difference between been tense and relaxed doing that , I know it is not the exercises but it is a start to feeling the difference and then you can slowly build up from there :-)

Take Care x

Yes it is just a starter exercise you can do the same with your legs but it gives us that initial start to start feeling the difference and when you struggle and I do to it can be a good way to make our minds feel the difference because we have long forgot what it is like :-) x
