I'm travelling with my mum tomorrow to see my brother but I feel so worried about it. I've not been on a plane in a few years now and I used to not like it but I'd be okay. Now my anxiety symptoms have gotten a lot stronger and I'm really scared about feeling ill and panicked and I don't know how to manage it. Does anyone have any advice or words of reassurance? I'd really appreciate it

I absolutly hate flying but when I do is the only time I will take my anxiety pill and a half to get me through. Once im up in the air, its the anticipation of taking off,, bring headphones and dont look out window.
