I'm getting kinda worried. Lately, I've been feeling like I'm just tired of life, especially my life. I take care of my mom, who is 64. Due to complications with diabetes, she had her right foot amputated. This happened six years ago. I have three older sisters. I'm just under a lot of stress I guess. My sister's don't help out. I cook, clean, shop, and take care of bills, but my sister's rarely call, and when they do, they never ask if we are ok. I feel like I'm just being taken advantage of. It's gotten to the point where I'm fantasizing of ways I could make myself end up in the hospital, just to see if my sister's react.
I know it sounds strange, but I am getting worried. I even caught myself trying to buy razor blades on Amazon, just so I can cut (I used to cut, but now the urges are coming back)
You think I'm depressed? Stressed? Or both? Thanks for reading 😊

Hello
I think you are under a lot of pressure and it does seem very unfair that you are having to do this all on your own when you have siblings that should be helping !
So you are a career for your Mum ?
There is support out there for people that do this very important , stressful job which it is so I would first consider if getting your Sisters all together and telling them straight just how you feel and you nee their support and see how they respond as well as seeing my Doctor , they can diagnose if you are starting with depression as well as maybe looking into what support is available to help with the stress you are under
Don't feel ashamed that you need help because what you have been doing on your own is a really hard job and you are human not super women which sounds like you have been trying to be
Make an appointment asp with your Doctor and hopefully the support you deserve can start been put in place
