Panic off the roof

I’m down with some stomach problems.My body started aching all of a sudden and I felt a slight chest pain.I think that was enough to trigger my anxiety and I’m just so worried right now.I feel like I can’t breathe properly.My chest doesn’t hurt but my shoulders,arms and neck and back feel so tense/sore now.Oh god 😭

I’ve been fairly anxious lately because I’m worrying over my stomach.My doctor tells me it’s just bacteria in my stomach but I can’t help but to think it’s something more.Idk if it’s acid causing the heart pain but the pain was ard my ribcage/breastbone area.
