Hi all. Today my gran uncle died. I was quite fond of him. I now live in the uk and can't make it to his funeral. It's been a rough and long day at work then home to cook and work a little more. I've had several palpitations on and off for the last hour. I get them every now and again, perhaps one or two every few days and I've had them looked into and all seems well. Could these recent frequent ones be from sadness and stress? I'm tired and hanging in there. Thanks Xx

Sorry about your loss, you can be 100% certain those palpitations are caused by your grieving on top of a hard day's work. Just accept them for the time being and they will pass.
Thank you, that's very kind of you to reply and helps me a lot. I will go to bed now and rest 😊
