My body aches on a daily basis,I walk around feeling dizzy all day. I feel like I have to make my legs move and I have the weirdest feeling in my head all the time it's like when you're sick at your stomach but it's in my head.I walk around everyday with a sense of doom looming over me, I try to be normal on the outside but on the inside I am screaming. I just want to lay in the bed and pull the covers over my head . I feel drained like I can't move but on a daily basis I make myself get up and go through the motions when all I want to do is give up.

Hi REDHEADLPN35,
These are some of the classic symptoms of major depression.
Have you seen a doctor recently to have a thorough check up, physical and mental? Getting a mental health treatment plan (psychotherapy and/or medication) sorted is the way to begin to feel better.
If you are not sure how to start a conversation and talk about what's happening to you, take a copy of your blog for the doctor to read.
About your legs: are you on Estradiol by any chance? My pharmacist changed brands on me and I developed restless legs syndrome for two years. It was the only medication that I
did not look up! That was the culprit in my case. The RLS cleared up TWO WEEKS after I stopped taking it. My new doctor put me on a compounded estrogen that did NOT go through the kidneys or liver. You feel much better, and don't have bad side effects. I didn't ask if your were a female! Sorry. Work on your diet, too, as it can help to get you out of the doldrums. Tell yourself that you WILL learn to find out what your body needs. Have courage, and try to look at something funny a few times a week to lift your mood. Look up a good joke and share it with your friends. Do the self-care that you need for your condition(s). Thank your higher power, too. You could be in a worse place, so wake up a give thanks for all the good things that you DO have, that 3/4 of the people in the world do not have. It helps, believe me. Also, try to do something nice for somebody. That helps, too. I make little rice bag heaters that you warm up in the microwave, and it makes people feel warm and cozy, and they thank me profusely for them. It makes me feel really good! Take care of yourself and I hope that you find the proper balance that contributes to your well-being. It starts with proper self-care as well as consulting with your doctor.
