Dry throat breathing after eating

Keejay profile image

Haven't posted in a while but can anybody tell me if this is anxiety related or if I should go to the doctors for it? You know the feeling when your throat feels dry it normally happens after smoking, working out, coughing from laughter or in general well that's what I'm feeling right about now I'm also getting this throbbing pain in my middle finger. Mind you I just got back home from work this is only the second meal I've had today so I know I haven't overeaten. Just to remind everyone I am 5'9 and overweight at 380 pounds if it helps in explaining.
