Does anybody else get very bloated and feel like they can't breathe when they get very anxiousI can't stand this I drive an hour each way to work a day and on my way home today I felt this weird surge through my body and I felt like I couldn't swallow and I felt like I couldn't breathe the right does anyone else ever feel this way and how do you get your mind off of it I constantly keep thinking I'm going to stop breathing and it's really scaring me

Im feeling like this rn like whenever i yawn i feel very weak and im having shortness of breath and it does feel kinda weird in my body and i keep on thinking my hearts gonna stop and my breathing.
