Has anyone ever try to sleep and when u do u kinda feel weird in a way when ur sleeping like ur hearts gonna stop or something like that it just feels weird when im sleeping ive been feeling like this for 4 days i think my anxiety been fine before all this and ig something might have triggered it to make me feel this way? And i aslo been having shortness of breath and insomnia and scared to sleep.
