Has anybody went from 20mg to 40 mg and how was the transition think my doctor is going to want to up my dosage but really not looking forward to starting over with all the side effects. Tia.

I think I really need to up my dose also, started at 10 now on 20 for 5 weeks and although I was starting to feel better past few days had the shakes, hands shaking and obsessning that I have something horribly wrong with me, cant do go to 30 first instead of 40?

He might but I just figured he would automatically go to 40 since he started me on 20 not sure though. I really haven't felt any different on the 20 unless I take valium which I don't want to do just to get through everyday.

thats like me im supposed to take .5mg of ativan twice a day but I dont, i'll take just half of one in the morning. maybe if i took as prescribed i would feel better but just didnt want to take it often.

Yea I only take half of my valium 2.5 mg when I feel tons of anxiety or have to leave the house
