Its been a long time probably 5 years or more. I am having balance problems. I feel like i am falling when standing still or swinging while i am sitting even in happy mood or worse moment too. Sometimes i fear of small things or sometime i avoid gathering, seldom i feel difficulty in breathing (very rare case) while sometimes i feel like my heart is burning donot know it is my heart or something else. (left side of chest). 10 or 15 mints later i always belch and then i feel relax. Its my continous conditions over 5 years.

I had consultation with pyschiatrist, according to her i have anxiety issues and i get panic attacks but i have not got better even after six months treatment.

I had also consultation with medical specialist, he said i have both anxiety issues + stomach issues. All my tests are normal. (Blood cp, MRI, CT Scan and Ultra Sound and ECG).

The other thing when i am exercising (playing or regular walk) regularly i feel better when i am not i feel worse.

Please help me as i am not getting better. I despretly want to get rid of my condition as i am still single.

Khan_55, they say time heals all and right now you are in a period of time that has gotten stuck with your anxiety symptoms. It takes as long as it takes with each one of us. Depending how deep rooted the problem is in causing anxiety. Medication, therapy and all other modalities in the world won't turn anxiety around unless you accept that is what it is. All the tests being done mean nothing if you doubt their results.

The off balance feeling (which I also had) is because your life is out of balance. You walk and sit in apprehension that any minute your life will go completely out of control. The fear of that fear keeps perpetuating causing the unsteadiness. Going to the psychiatrist may give you some peace for a while after the visit only to have the "what if" they are wrong jump into your mind and the whole scenario starts again.

Exercising and walking help because during that time you are escaping from your thoughts as well as the endorphin levels are building whenever we move our muscles in that fashion. The answer now lies in you learning more about yourself and your reaction to stress and anxiety. One of the best books around is Dr Claire Weekes book on Hope & Help for Your Nerves. If you haven't taken a look at it, I would suggest you give it a try. She has a way of explaining in simple language what it is we are feeling, how it is not harmful and how important accepting all of this is. Important enough that it will eventually rid you of your anxiety/panic attacks. You will no longer fear them. As fear leaves you as well as your doubts, your balance will come back to you again.

I think you've given 5 years of your life to anxiety and it's time to reclaim that and get back in control of your life. With our help from the forum in supporting you and Dr. Clair Weekes support in her research, you will find yourself again and be able to move forward. Stay positive xx

khan_355, you can find Dr. Claire Weekes book on Amazon. You can also watch her videos on YouTube for free first. Continue using the forum for support and advice in how to move forward. You are not alone in this. Wishing you well.

Yea, sometimes when I'm standing up it feels like im falling or leaning sideways , to the point where I have to actually look down at my feet to see if it's leaning . the doctor normally says if the symptoms are not treatable , it then becomes an disorder , that's why you could be feeling all these symptoms at once for such a long time. yes exercising , I find myself is to key to being stress free . I will say, be around people that motivate you , think of something that you really love doing , or someone you really love being around , or even a thing you love being around . for more it's my son , I'm tired of going to hospital so I don't no more I fight it w every inch in my body don't get me wrong some days I feel like shit but I don't let it STOP ME OR STAND IN MY WAY ! I get chest pain , and throat tightness , and heart burn I get all those symptoms , but I fight it and I can't wait to overcome it. I hope you find what works for you I know you can do it, you will do it !

Have you had your B12 levels checked

symptoms of B12 deficiency overlap with a number of other conditions but you can find them here

pernicious-anaemia-society....

if it seems likely then I would suggest that you take a look at the PAS forum on HU as getting a dignosis of B12 deficiency can be quite tricky

Thank you sir for your time.

1) I am all okay but when i am sorrounded by crowd i feel jerky or sometimes i feel jerky when sitting, standing or walking alone or with friend (even in happy or tense moments too). That is the only thing which has ruined my life.

2) I feel burning in left side of chest sometimes for some moments and then it automatically goes away.

And i have never tested my b12 levels.
