Terrified

I’m honestly so scared right now.I was preparing lunch when I suddenly got really anxious.My left arm felt painful all of a sudden and my chest felt kind of tight.Of course,my first thought that I was having a heart attack.The only consolation is tha my chest doesn’t hurt.But I’m still scared because I’m home alone 😭

This really sucks.I was feeling alright prior to that and now I’m feeling so scared. I’m feeling like I can’t afford to feel anxious because I have work tomorrow and the physical symptoms tire me out so much :’(
