My boss makes me anxious

I have anxiety and panic attacks and just happen to work for a very narcissistic boss. She constantly puts me and our team down because we can never do anything right. In the last few years it has gotten work and she continues to make me feel like crape. We dont work in the same office, but she calls and never makes you feel good. I try and realize I should not take it personal, but it does not feel good. I am have been looking for another job and have threatened her with me leaving as a tactic to calm her attitude (she really does need me, but acts like she doesnt). Does anyone else have issues like this? I think about it all the time and it does sometimes really bother me. I am really a team player and I can never do anything right in her eyes.
