Random chest tightness/shortness of breath

Hey guys does anyone else here get shortness of breath and a tight chest out of nowhere ?

Currently at work and can't seem to think what may of triggered it and to be honest I've had enough of it

Yes! Omg! It’s the worst feeling and when it first happened I went into a full blown panic attack and went to the hospital because I thought I was gonna pass out. I’ve been dealing with it better but I wish it didn’t happen at all.

I find the best way is to just try take deep breaths and do something to take your mind off it

But your definitely right it is the worst and doesn't bring on panic episodes

Might sound weird but sometimes it feels like you need to do a big yawn do you get that ?
