So my anxiety and intrusive thoughts have been good for the past week or so but today I feel a bit off and thoughts have popped in 😩 is it normal to have good days and bad days? Not sure if it's because I'm really tired today so that might be playing a part of it?

Tiredness plays a part on mental stability, it's just a off day go with it.
And it's possible you'll wake up feeling better. The choice is yours either way. If it were me I'd sleep when ever I could. Stress is like running a marathon to the body, it needs it recovery and it gets it with sleep.
Hi! I'm in the same boat. My obsessions around my health come and go. I just recently started the obsessive thoughts again after 2 months of freedom! Imagine how sad I must be. You say you havent slept and that can for sure cause your thoughts to start. As can not keeping busy. I've noticed if i keep myself busy I have less time to think, and that's a big help. Are you in therapy or on meds?
Mine are about anything and everything lol quite annoying sometimes... I have slept but keep waking up and yeah I'm planning on spring cleaning my house seeing as it's a nice day and I'm on week 3 of meds and start therapy on Thursday x
I was like that at first! Was terrified but I’m so glad I did as now I’m back to 90-95 per cent myself 25 is very low I started off with 50 now on 100 and does me great.... It does take a good few weeks to kick in and need to find the right dosage for you and may even need to try a few antidepressants but recovery can happen
Thank you so much... did you have side affects? I’m just thinking if I donfeel sonterrible and weak it has to be a health issue and not anxoety it’s sobgard to believe .
No worries and think I was a little more anxious but once it all settled was fine and I know what you mean, but anxiety can do all sorts of things to you
