Does anyone get numbness in their bottom lip? Find it hard to breathe?

I think it may of been a panic attack this morning I was finding it hard to breathe like something bad was going to happen but now I'm fine after about 10mins it took to feel like I could breathe properly again. Very scary

That used to be part of my symptoms when I had anxiety and panic attacks . You could be hyperventilating , try breathing into a paper lunch size bag. Pam
