Headaches and trembling still won't stop.

I know its probably anxoety or meds, but I've been taking sertraline for about two weeks now and I'm still getting head trembling and headaches, plus it feels like there are ants in it when I wake up before I take it. I'm only on 25mg and got bumped up to it Friday. Will it stop? The trembling went on when I took the 12.5mg doses and the headache, neck pain, and crawling happened after I upped the dose. How long will this last? I'm not sure I can take it much longer. Should I ger checked out to make sure it isnt something else.

I would suggest going back and speaking to your doctor about how you are feeling. Your doctor can only make sure you are on the right medication for you if you are open and honest about how you feel with what you have been given.

I hope you get this checked out because the medication is supposed to help not make you feel worse.

Hi sorry the medication is making you feel like this but a lot if people say on here that the symptoms of anxiety and panic are worse when they go on antidepressants it normal to feel like this first few weeks even first month. You could ask you Dr to give you a mild seditive to take along side it to help with the symptoms until the medication kicks in.but the good news they do work and you will feel really well on them once they kick in.

Oh it is working, its just the side effects that make it almost unbearable.
