I get more off balance more lightheaded and heavy headed alot more anxious and my eyes are super duper sensitive to light .... Why does this happen

My best guess is the change in hormone levels, I notice it sometimes as well. You could probably see your Gyn or regular doctor and see if there's something can help with pms

Nowadays I get like that too! I start feeling like crap a couple of weeks before and my anxiety heightens even more during my period. I always feel so ill. I dread it

I am the exact same way, before and during my period I have horrible anxiety. Dr told me it's hormones.

Same thing to me Ashley a week before period i become worse and during dizzines off balance nauseous headache I feel siek I feel like am dying and i sometimes thinking of killing myself it's horrible and there's no help honestly I have seen many doctors but they failed me
