Hello am a guy of 23 years old and I guess I should have enough energy ,but recently I went through an infection , that got me itching on my private parts and some parts of my body , I couldn't go to hospital because I had no money , but recently I discovered the rashes where disappearing ....

But I get the weakness in my body each time I bend down or sit for too long and when I get up I feel like am going to pass out / faint it has been like this for over a week now and this morning I good up and the next thing I picked myself on the floor ...

Please any suggestion what can be causing this because am scared to death like maybe am going to die soon.....
