Worst weekend ever.

This weekend has been hell. I'm not a faithful person but if hell exists then it can't be far off this. I went out Friday night for a few drinks and inadvertently was exposed to tiny amounts of cocaine (totally accidental) after discovering this I've gone home and panicked about what the drugs have done to me. I had minimal sleep that time and minimal sleep yesterday after missing medication too by mistake. I have never felt so bad in my entire life. Had severe chest pains yesterday and Saturday. I don't know if I should go a&e, I've had chest pains for the past year all becauee of anxiety but I'm just so scared this time. I didn't sleep either last night really. Probably had 10 hours last 3 days but can't sleep as when I'm drifting off it feels like I'm dying. I also feel sick now and have no appetite to eat. I'm at a loss. I am very worried about my heart, everyone says if it was gonna do damage to heart it would of done it there and then. But I just feel so horrific right now. I think sleep will help (if this is all anxiety) but I cannot get to sleep. Keep getting panic attacks and severe anxiety. I have no diazepams and dunno what to do anymore. I literally feel horrendous. Had enough

Go to the A&E to get it checked out what you took. Esp if you having severe chest pains. x

It's not severe it's just standard what I always have.

You need sleep,try taking benadryl an work out you will fall asleep
