I've really just been thinking about exercising. I'm not a person who does. I wear size 8 or 10 (UK, Ladies) size. My stomach is out there a little bit (I call it a Garfield stomach) but unnoticeable in general, I can wear anything but you could never tell it's there. Anyway, I'd just like to know, as someone's just started exercising, is it normal for me to feel lots of stretchy pain and very unable to bend all the way yet as it hurts. Will I get used to it with practice?
