I'm at the dr now terrified. Yesterday my blood pressure skyrocketed. My muscles are so tight , I'm bloating , I constantly feel like I'm tight in the chest and shoulders , then I think constantly dying or I'm gonna just fall over dead , I feel sob sometimes cuz I'm a mouth breather Nd I'm so bloated . Does anyone else feel like this ? What do yo I do
