left side of my chest problems again ugh

so i finish eating food i dont know why feel like a little pain where my heart is beating at in the left of my chest then comes like a pressure and it leaves make me believe im going to have a heart attack or something its like pain that comes severe then leaves and after the pain then comes a pressure feeling that i have to move right away then it goes away makes me panic alot about it espically these muscle spasms twitching all over my body its annoying is it the nerve what when i can calm down my nerves with out any pills i just need to calm down my nerves comepletely need to be back to normal i guess the weed triggered it 7 months ago i havent smoked again and its just got my nerves very tense get nervous off anything the crazy part is sometimes im not even anxious or nervous at all and it just hits me feeling my pulse beating in my neck and chest and it cant relax mean while im calm sitting down i just need soemething for the vugas nerve i need to relax it competely it is getting better but i need to be 100 percent . i feel like something is making my heart beat fast like something controling my body to all these thing uncontrobly none stop.

Your heart isn't on the left side it is more to the center of the chest.

I think you should stop blaming the weed and try to find out the real cause of your anxiety.
