Many things now are unacceptable that people accepted in the past, all forms of bigotry and hate, these behaviours are now seen as disgusting and if anyone commits them they are regarded as a hate crime.
My question is this - how do we make it so in law people have to watch what they say to those who have mental health issues? I have repeatedly had to accept nasty words hostility and aggression just because I am ill. Surely one day this behaviour will be illegal and a hate crime?
