Anxiety and feeling like I'm not getting enough oxygen to my head

Idk how to describe it but it's very annoying . I feel like my neck and shoulders are so tight and that I'm not getting enough oxygen or something to my head

.... if you can afford treat yourself to a neck massage deep tissue one ... loosen off the tension. I get exactly the same ... battling it as we speak. Exhausting !
