Anyone know any breathing techniques or exercises for anxiety ? I get myself worked up and apparently maybe hyperventilate . I feel at times I need to force myself to breathe then I think I'm gonna stop breathing and fall over dead . I'm always afraid of passing out , I need to get back on meds , this is just nuts. The natural way I'm trying but I need some help . I hate meds :/ but I'm thinking I'm not gonna have much of a choice . Plus when I'm at work and stressed I get lightheaded sometimes and feel like I stop breathing . God this sucks

my psychiatrist teach me one breath tecnique: you need breath in by the nose slowly and fill your belly, than breath out for the mouth even slowly, do it several times, until you fell better
