I have had a box of 75mg Pregabalin for a month but frightened of side affects . Tried a few anti depressants for anxiety each one made me feel really ill. My anxiety is due to going through the family courts to see my daughter . I don't want to drink bottles of wine each wknd . I use 5 mg diazepam before each court hearing . And am getting there now . But stress worry and anxiety I am sure could end up causing huge health problems . Started to get palpitations. I do take small dose of beta blocker to keep blood pressure down.
Just joined gym and going to start this wknd.
Do you think 75mg twice a day is good ? Or would you avoid . Have any of you been really poorly after taking the pills .

If you're scared of taking anti depressants and anxiety pills why not take Magnesium glycinate. It helps big time with anxiety and also depression and is a natural mineral Chelated ( attached ) to amino acids glycine and lysine. Check it out online. I take it as do many others.
Start on half a tablet a day, if you're ok on it and it doesn't make you too relaxed try a full tablet. If it does make you too relaxed simply drink a glass of milk and it will wear off with 30 mins and you'll be back to normal. I love the stuff. Only buy 120 tablet if you're in the UK as the import tax will come and you'll pay duty.
iHerb is generally the least expensive, it works out at about £9 to the UK for me all in but anyway.
It will say 2 twice a day. I've never taken that amount I just don't need such a large dose.
Start on half a tablet at night after your evening meal you'll be surprised at the results. If that's ok then try half on a morning and other half at night. You just slowly build up your dose to what ever suits you, 4 tablets a day max.
The most I take is 2 tablets or 200mg. The more you take it and the longer you take it the better the results.
