Learning Yoga

Hello! Today I started the 30 days of yoga (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=oBu-pQG6sTY)

To see if it will help my anxiety and also the stomach problems caused by anxiety 😊 so I’ll see how it goes....it’s nice too since you don’t have to go to some class with people you don’t know but can do it right in your bedroom in private ( especially since I’m not very good at it yet and can’t do everything in the first video)
