Not only do I have anxiety I am a hypochondriac. I use to Google everything from a cough to a spider bite! I mean everything! I always thought I was dying cause Google never told me anything I wanted to hear! I told myself every time I run to Google I would read positive things! Instead of typing in - Will a cough lasting longer than 3 months kill me?- i type (why do people cough or coughing and how it helps our bodies?) This has trained my mind to think about the positive affects of being sick. Like missing work, laying in bed and being able to sleep and no one question you! I know its hard but Google can be the worst thing when you are having a panic attack or anxiety!
