Ok so the last month I have had the virus that's going around . Coughing , headache , sore throat, lethargic etc etc . Not once was my anxiety present . I'm nearly feeling right BUT !! Yesterday at work I felt jittery couldn't concentrate felt really sick and light headed and heart rate around 98 all day then in the arvo I got really bad and went into a panic attack . I woke this morning feeling so sick and I had the farrier coming to show my horse . So I was out there holding my horse all off a sudden I went really light headed , heart went into over drive and I had big urge to use my bowels . Why why after a month ??? And is this still Anxiety this morning ??????
