Yea same here. It must be due to the time of the day? Knowing that the day is almost over around 7pm is when your mind decides to start thinking instead of relaxing

Hi Dodo, That's usually my restless time of the day as well. It takes the morning to get adjusted to a new day. After lunch, unless I have something scheduled to do, it becomes the longest part of the day. That can make your mind go a mile a minute if you are not busy. Try planning something to look forward to in the afternoon. I use going out on a errand or doing something around the house. I always take a break (a break you say?) around 3pm. Cup of Coffee and a Cookie, that's my relaxing time. Watch a talk show.

Have dinner between 5-6pm and before you know it, it's 7pm and the worse part of the day is over. Your body starts to relax, you've made it through another day. You see Dodo, it's not that unusual. Our bodies are programmed to be at work during the day or sleeping if working at night. Once you are at home everyday, then you have to establish a routine that will allow for those restless hours.

Take care of yourself. Stay well.
