What can be this?

I get this really weird sensations frequently throughout the day . It feels like a sudden forcefull heartbeat in my feet . A sudden strong push of blood . Im not sure if its my heart beat . I only feel it in my legs.

Any ideas?

I get that but at the back of my head it's freaky and just your body over reacting to all the anxiety it is under even if you were not feeling anxious at the time

Feeling in head is normal as it is close to the ears but feeling it in legs is bothersome
