A rapid heartbeat after I nap

Hi, I am new here. I am reading other comments and many are having the same issue I am dealing with. When I wake up from a nap after dinner GENERALLY NOT after a full nights sleep and usually when I am having a difficult stressful day. I wake up WITH A RAPID heart beat I then take my Klonopin 0.5 mg. and usually, after about 1/2 hour my heart rate goes back to normal. I am reading it can be due to anxiety. Can a drop in blood sugar cause this also as well as my anxiety. Since I have a few glasses of wine at dinner Should I seek medical attention

It very well be nothing but you should definitely get the full workup as you would with a yearly physical, which is what we all should do anyway. If you're like me this isn't the answer you want, but just get it over with and you'll feel so much better. Trust me on that.
