Johnnie,

We're all going to die sooner or later, just like you. You're ok but have all this stress and worry because you won't take your RX medicine. Your life isn't going to get any better without it,

I'm sorry Johnnie, but that's the truth. You have made the choice not to take the meds. I hope you have a calmer evening.

I have all the same symptoms you describe and I like you panicked. But after speaking to people here I realised that we all have the same things and they are just our minds playing tricks on us with the anxiety! Unfortunately our minds are our worst enemy but we can beat it. Please try not to worry all you are experiencing is due to anxiety and if you take your Meds mat reduce if not disappear entirely. Try to work out your triggers and avoid them. Write down your thoughts and see if you notice a pattern. We are all here for each other :) I sometimes feel my heart beating through my back when laying down and I just distract myself till it disappears. You will be fine I'm sure :)

It's good no to be like this the rest of your life. It will never stop. It will never get better.

You are stuck in this cycle and show no hope for ever feeling better

Unless, you decide to accecpt your anxiety. Quit checking your symptoms and quit posting here daily for reassurance.

Beat the cycle. Take the steps to allow yourself to feel better.

Take a few more Dr appointments. Research some more. Check your pulse daily. Do whatever you're doing now and struggle with anxiety for your entire life.

Nothing's going to get better until you decide to take the steps to help yourself.

Nothing has changed since yesterday, Johnnie, what you have is called anxiety disorder or health anxiety. Physically you're as fit as a fiddle but your nervous system is all shook up. I do wish you would take your meds and at the same time read a good self help book, then one day you will recover. A minute by minute account of your symptoms posted here daily is not going to do you an ounce of good. You must do something positive to help yourself.

I've been suffering for over 2 years but only just in last couple of months been diagnosed as anxiety. The doctors gave me every test going and I was convinced it was other things until they said it was all related to the anxiety and coming here and seeing other people suffer the same thing relaxed me and now I know it's all down to it. I know it's worrying but the treatment is no worse than what you are suffering so don't turn it down. It takes time but you will get there I promise. I've been so low as to self harm etc but Im determined I'm going to beat this as life will pass you by otherwise :)

I understand honestly I'm the same. I'm currently off work as I can't cope at the minute. I also feel exhausted but I'm making progress with medication. It truly is an awful illness and its physical effects can be worse than the mental but please be assured that everything you have described mirrors anxiety perfectly. Accepting this is a massive part of recovery. Please take any help you are offered and don't give up and you'll have a better quality of life.

yeah i have meds but i still havent take them i hate meds for some reason unless its for something physcally but sense its for the brain i dont know if i would want to take them thats why

Just take the medication and stay on it for atleast a month!!!

If you start to feel a little better, then you know you have an amxiety issue.

Just take the medication and give yourself a chance at feeling better.

Unless you just like being miserable and posting the same symptoms and fears every day. In that case, don't take the meds and continue on your anxious and stressful path.

Well think of it as it is for something physically because it's affecting you that way. All it is, is a chemical imbalance the tablets just block the part that creates the chemical to allow the levels to build in your brain. If you don't try you won't know and truly if you're fed up of feeling like you do can you say that you'll feel worse taking the medication.

Johnny you need to start accepting that its anxiety and that its not a disease. Accepting the fact that your body is healthy and that your mind is playing these tricks on you is the first step in getting better. I know it may seem like it will never go away, I thought that once myself. Maybe you should talk to someone about the anxiety and go from there.

philly101 in reply to Johnnie1234

Yes I have, heart palpitations, racing heart, numbness, dizziness, chest pain, muscle twitches, eye twitches, feeling like someone is taking my breath away, difficulty breathing, muscle tensions, feeling like the world is caving in, feeling like I'm gonna lose my mind, depersonlization. You mean those symptoms?

Johnnie1234 profile image
Johnnie1234 in reply to philly101

yess mostly everyday daily sympthoms if not then i might have something physically wrong with me then

philly101 profile image
philly101 in reply to Johnnie1234

nothing is physically wrong with you, start accepting that its anxiety and start taking steps to mitigate your anxiety. The moment you do that, the better you will start feeling. It's gonna take time just don't give up on it.

Johnnie1234 in reply to philly101

Yeah thanks man ill try my best its just hard dealing with this mostly everyday if its not one thing its the other.

philly101 profile image
philly101 in reply to Johnnie1234

I know its hard but you have to believe in yourself. I had a tough time as well with all the symptoms. Remember the more you think about them the worse they will get. Then its tough to bring them back down. Try to mitigate the anxiety as much as possible, focus your thoughts on something else. Good luck!

TAKE YOUR MEDICATION. We have been telling you this for over 6 months. You have the same symptoms all these months and you still refuse to take your medication. The symptoms are not going to magically fix themselves. Anxiety sucks and you need to nip it in the butt. maybe it's time to go back and see your doctor.

for heart palpitations, tachycardia, I eliminated the microwave oven cooking, and all caffein. For anxiety I'm giving my wife this gaba supplement:
