I think i fear of being left home alone.

As long i can remember , ive always loved being home alone.. but these past couple of months eva since school been out im here home alone all day while my parents at work i found myself in a panic in the mornings when they get ready 4 work... how, do i overcome this on the weekends i am great but boy, oh boy, when monday gets here. Panic i am until my mom or dad get home from work.

I have the same problem. I can't enjoy being home alone anymore. I start thinking something bad is going to happen to me. I'm embarrassed to even let them know my situation

I used to have something similar to this, I had this deep fear that someone was going to break into my house and I developed serious anxiety to the point where I couldn't fall asleep until my overthinking just wore me out. All I can say is listening to music or falling asleep with the tv on helped me keep my mind from running.
