Hi all, after more than 3 months virtually panic-free, the attack came out of the blue again yesterday and I ended up rushed to A&E again. All of a sudden, I started feeling water was getting stuck mid swallow and, from there, all hell broke loose... I couldn't swallow, or breathe. I lied on the floor waiting for death. Ambulance came and rushed me to hospital. The old story repeating itself.
I thought hypnotherapy and CBT had tackled the problem, but apparently I still have work to do. I feel so disappointed in myself, so powerless... What else can I do?
