So it's been a while since I been on here 😩 & for a while I Was Doing Good but then my anxiety Came Back ..... it's like I can never seem to sleep before a certain time anymore now ..... I do good through out the days when I'm working on art I just need to find time see if I should try taking sleeping pills again ..... idk I hate feeling so tired but can't sleep 🙄

You're not alone! I have trouble sleeping as well. It's very frustrating. Have you tried melatonin? I find that it helps a lot.

I have so much anxiety, I almost never sleep as well. It is so bad for mental health not to get our sleep but I am terrified of taking the "sleeping" medicine I am prescribed, I can't do it. So I have several days of no sleep what-so-ever and then a horrible crash for 2 days of nothing but sleep. I hope your art helps relax you and that you can get some rest, so sorry you are dealing with this.
