Spins when falling asleep.

I'm trying to fall asleep and was almost successful until I felt like my body was rocking (I was laying still) almost as is I was drunk. I don't drink alcohol so it's not from that. Has anyone had this happen to them? Is it another annoying symptom of anxiety?

Yes I have the spins, I actually have them now. It feels like I'm on a boat sometimes when I'm really not. I actually drank last night and I think I'm gonna cut out drinking for a while. It makes my anxiety worse the day after when I'm hungover. I get dizziness, heart palpitations etc.

I used to drink but then my anxiety became so severe that I don't like anything that makes me feel different. Even the slightest buzz will give me such bad anxiety that it almost causes a panic attack. I stopped cause it wasn't worth it anymore. Good luck to you. Hope you are feeling better now.

Happens to me all the time. I,think it's only anxiety.

I think so too. It stopped after a little bit and I was able to sleep but it definitely freaked me out a bit. Dang anxiety!
