Finally with medication

Today finally visited the psychiatrist.. was diagnosed with cardiofobia.. got lexaurin for the first days and selarine .. lexaurin have to take when i feel the anxiety.. but the doc said dont eat it longer than 3 weeks as it is highly addictive.. and still started with the selarine that should start to work after 2-3 weeks of eating them.

I was in anxiety and fear from heart attack last months really daily.. panic attack few times per week.. had so much of ecg, blood tests, x-rays as most of people will never have in their whole life.. So today starting with the medication .. still in anxiety even took the lexaurin .. but hope soon will feel better.

In the last few weeks, i was checking my heart rate almost every half hour.. when it was not as i thought is right.. started to panic.. i live in hell .. anxiety from morning to the night.. my first day without anxiety will be for me like i am in heaven.
