Hello everybody's I am new here...

Hello everybody's I am new here...the anxiety back again ....been on pllls for 3 months...it not working ...out of work ,taking citalopran,afraid to go back at work ...Insurance give me troubles...afraid of not getting paid on top of it....panic

you have to put your mental health first...i know money and work are important but you are ill and only worrying about other things will make you worse for longer.

Concentrate on getting better and get others to help you out with the financial side of things...there is always someone somewhere willing to help and listen...put yourself first and good luck...john

You have to get back to your normal routine. Don't let that fear guide you. Push thru the fear and move forward. Nobody said it will be easy. You take back the control. Now take a deep breath and take that first step back to being you😊😊
