Anyone get a feeling about there anxiety that just does not add up

I mean like we should not being going through this , it don't fit there personality. It seems more then anxiety. How can one day your just enjoying life like everyone else and then out of nowhere the devil jumps on you . Many people say acceptance is the best way forward , but its the question marks that get to me.
