So for the last few weeks i've been under LOTS AND LOTS of stress and just a couple days ago it started to really have an effect on me! Last night I was up thinking about everything. The drama, the friends, the rude things people call me, all the work I have to do and I'm just frustrated. I had a very big panic attack last night because everything was just starting to build up. This morning I woke up feeling physically sick and I thought it was just the stomach bug, but then I realized it wasn't. I felt physically sick because of all the stress. I've been having chest pains all day today and I have felt really down (very unusual). I honestly have no idea of what to do, I just know that i'm not doing well. Does anyone have any idea of what is happening or know how I can resolve this?
