Hello is anyone with anxiety and panic attacks have pains and weird sensations in left side of chest, back and lower arm? Also nightmares, in a regular day without feeling anxious. I can't get comfortable in my left side. This happens to me every day even if I feel normal I mean not feeling anxious or having a panic attack

Sounds like gas penetrating your muscles. Try baking soda and water, maybe half tsp of bsoda in a half glass of water.
