New member!

Hi I'm new here, and I hope this helps.

I have been for the past year feeling so lonely and I feel like I can't reach out to people, I have been thinking of getting a therapist but I haven't decided yet.

Basically I moved to a new country, and city this year and I have been struggling with everything really, and I guess feeling ashamed cause I'm not doing great in my course and now it's really hard to feel like doing anything, I used to enjoy being around my friends and going out and now I'm just never feeling it. I try my best to stay at home and not have to leave.
